Fish with its crown..

hehe.... last friday i went to sushi king.. treated by one of my "good" fren.. hehe..

when we arrived there.. none of customer were in..

we ordered green tea (a.k.a お茶 ; Ocha) while looking green tea...

the Ocha which is in Japan, is invariably served together with sushi. Better sushi restaurants often use a distinctive premium tea known as Mecha. In sushi vocabulary, green tea is known as Agari.

we ordered Kitsune Udon..(it sound very familiar.. kitsune a.k.a fox) the inside of the mee looks very unique and it's look very fat.... (too bad my fren very hungry so i cant have the chances to take more photo...)when i take the mee and taste it...wao the taste is very good and the more unique places is the soup..it's very tasty and u wont forget bout the taste....ehm....and we also ordered a plate of fish..i forget wat is the name.. the fish taste salted and it's bone can be eaten and it's meat also very smooth... yummy....

in the sushi king shop there got the machine that is deliver the sushi like round 1...i pick some sushi and eat it with sweet shoyo(しょうゆ, or 醤油.. its cost RM60++ per bottle)

den after that i also picked a plate of maguro sushi()..wah....is very nice because the fish is fresh...and the other sushi...when i eat sushi i like to put the "danger material"..that is wasabi..
the history of wasabi is A piquant paste made from the grated root of the wasabi plant. Real wasabi (hon-wasabi) is Wasabi japonica. Hon-wasabi has anti-microbial properties and may reduce the risk of food poisoning. The traditional grating tool for wasabi is a sharkskin grater or samegawa oroshi.

Wasabi (Japanese: わさび,ワサビ , 山葵 (originally written 和佐比); Wasabia japonica, Cochlearia wasabi, or Eutrema japonica) is a member of the Brassicaceae family, which includes cabbages, horseradish and mustard. Known as "Japanese horseradish", its root is used as a spice and has an extremely strong flavor. Its hotness is more akin to that of a hot mustard than the capsaicin in a chili pepper, producing vapors that irritate the nasal passages more than the tongue. The plant grows naturally along stream beds in mountain river valleys in Japan. There are also other species used, such as W. koreana, and W. tetsuigi. The two main cultivars in the marketplace are W. japonica var. Daruma and Mazuma, but there are many others.

we also ordered one plate of golden ball... is sound like golden but actually it's does not gold...is juz a egg la..but the outside it been goreng d..haha.....

most of this plates.. only ate by 2 person.. and we were 4..

Waa.....we just build a KL tower...
